What are the most valuable items to play the AH with in World of Warcraft?

I want to start to make money using the auction house with the buying low selling high method, but I don’t really know exactly what items I should sell. In fact, it would be nice to have a complete list of all the items that sell well on AH. If there is a such thing as that list on the internet, could anybody please give me the url? In these videos of gold guides sellers where they have tons of gold, they always have stacks of items in their bags. What are those items?

PS: I know enchanting mats, herb and gems sell quite well, I’d just like to have a complete list
